So once we got to California, the first place we headed was to Disneyland! Although it’s supposed to be the happiest place on earth, THERE WERE TOO MANY PEOPLE!! Strollers everywhere!! We rode the rides, ate the food, enjoyed time away from life back home. My favorite rides are Pirates of the Caribbean and Peter Pan. Classics! :D The first day we were there, we went to Disneyland and the second day we headed into California Adventure. We had planned to go to the firework show the second day since it was New Years Eve and while walking around California Adventure, we kept hearing rumors that Disneyland had hit capacity and we weren’t going to be able to get in. We decided to stay in CA Adventure until after World of Colors then try to get into Disneyland for the fireworks. We made it in, but it was shoulder to shoulder THE WHOLE TIME. I love Disneyland, but I wouldn’t recommend going during New Years. We stayed up the whole night and got up at the crack of dawn to get to the Rose Bowl Parade, which will be in part 3.
